My dad was able to come out over our Anniversary...Holy crap did we have an anniversary! We must have forgotten about that during Ty's stressful end of rotation, us moving, and having a baby... Back to my dad coming out.... I was SOOOO happy he was able to make it. It was the best thing ever. Sure do miss that man. While he was here we had nothing to do, and my family had wanted to visit some church history spots. Well since we are so close to Kirtland we decided to make a trip out of it. It was fun. Except for the part where the GPS took us on some crazy backroads to get home. Why can't the GPS ever take us back ... the way we came. Anyways made our trip a little bit longer...Whateve's. We ate at applebee's on our way home and while I stayed out in the car to feed my little munchkin, my parents whispered a secret to our waiter. When we were finished and the waiter cleaned up all the dishes, I started wondering when we'd get the check so we could go. Then the waiter brought out 2 chocolate cakes and ice cream dessert, and said congradulations! I took it as "ah...thanks, this little guy is about 1.5 weeks old now..." When my parents said "Happy Anniversary!" oh yeah. Love ya babe!!

Loved this onsie. such a Ty onsie.
Ty lives for rock and roll music.
and this little man was exhausted and slept all day on his dad in the ergo. |
Thanks for coming out dad!! It was a blast!
