Maternity VS. Plus Size

Went to target the other day. I've decided I actually want clothes that are ment to hold a belly verse the clothes in my closet that are meant to look cute on a flater-ish stomach. It's not that I'm starting to get a very large belly. I mean sure...I can't exactly button up my pants, but hey that's why they invented rubber bands, right? As for the shirts though, I wanted at least 4 that I could wear to church and other outings and look as stylish and cute as a pregnant person can. Best thing about them, they aren't the "first trimester", "second trimester", "third trimester" type of shirts. It says on them "9 months of style". Pretty sure that means you can wear these shirts the whole time. As I was shopping with dear hubby, (oh and Maternity clothes apparently only have 4 racks of clothes, who knew. Maybe that's why Utah has more Pregnancy stores, supply and demand.) His eyes wander out of the maternity "section" points to a shirt, saying, "look how cute? Do you like that one?" I think he caught on because I glanced over to the lady who was also looking at that same shirt, because then he walked over and looked at the tag. XXL. Well truth be told, by the end of the 9 months I'm sure I'll be size XXL, but until then I'd like to hold some dignity that I'm still somewhat slim. I'm still wondering what genius man decided to plan the outline of the store putting maternity next to plus size. I'm pretty sure Pregnant women already feel Plus Size...Thanks for rubbing it in. :)
