Calories

I found this Pretty neat app for my I pod.
It's my fitness pal.
Pretty much a calorie counter.
and exercise calorie converter.
Tells me how many calories I've eaten ...
How many calories I've burned ...
and it'll tell me if I keep going at the pace I'm going how much I'll weigh in 5 weeks.
Pretty nifty Since I'm into losing weight and all at the moment.
;)
Tyson wants to gain weight.
Stupid.
Wish I had his problem.
He thinks he's to "scrawny"
If I was "Scrawny" I'd never complain.
Promise.
So I decided I'd do a profile for him on my little fitness pal.
He can eat double the calories I can eat.
Son of a gun!!
Also I put in all his food and recorded his work outs and everything.
He could still eat 1,000 calories.
I think I overate by 1,000 calories.
Oh well.
It's still cool.

I have an app like that, but I am bad at tracking it. I can't believe Tyson under ate by 1000 calories. I overeat each and every day, darn.

I love Fitness Pal! It sure sucks in the beginning but hey, I've lost 7 lbs. in one month. :D Best of luck haha!
