My new wonderful Sister is super great to get me up and moving...exercising! haha. She called me one morning wanting to go on a hike, so off we went to waterfall canyon. It was a lot of fun going with her...kinda a little outing of me and her and us just talking! It was so much fun! It was kinda an intense hike! haha. I'm thinking that means i'm way....out of shape! It was a blast! Thanks Kylee for getting me up and going!!
