ended up a 5 hour flight. haha. we got to 
Mexico alive and well, 
and finally got our room after a 1.5 hour wait. great. ah, it was so nice there. the weather, the air. food. everything! Monday My family went into town. It was our shopping day!! I didn't really buy much. everything was kinda all the same. but it was fun. it was funny trying to watch Tyler and Spencer find gifts for their girlfriends. They said they had to be pretty goo because both of them told their girlfriends they'd text them when the plane landed...whoops sorry boys we are in Mexico and there is no service. haha.

Tuesday we went whale watching/dolphin watching. we saw about 12 whales...none of them breached though sad. and then ran into like 50 dolphins!! it was amazing!! they were playing and jumping all around! (pictures to come later) we went snorkling at Los Arcos, (visability was bad...and we didn't see much...) then we went to the Los Animials playa. Where Tyler, Spencer and I went parasailing!! that was fun!! what was neat was being able to see the whales from clear up in the sky!! cool!!

Wednesday My dad, Tyler, My uncle Mitch and I all went Scuba Diving!! Holy Fetch! scuba diving really does scare me to death, but it is also the best thrill ever!!! 
It''s so much fun! I love it! The water was freezing and even with a 5ml suit i still froze. our first dive visibality was maybe like 10 feet if that. and we only got down to 60 ft. i was a little paronid cus i couldn't see and i sucked air really fast....plus i got super super cold. so i had to surface. (i felt really bad that my dad was my dive partner. he could have stayed down but cus of me he had to come up :(. our second dive i was still freezing but i didn't want to waste the oppournity to go...so i went anyways. this time when we got down visability was a little bit clearer we had maybe 30 to 40 ft. but the dive was much more fun! there were so many neat rock formations under the water! it was so neat. i'm used to seeing all sorts of bright fish...so it was weird not see that...but i've never been able to see formations under the water...and that was cool! however becasue i was so cold i really used up my air fast and i was shivering bad...so i once again surfaced. :( and made my dad and I miss the cave the other dove into. :( when we surfaced there was a little whale watching boat that was um...maybe 250 yds away and my dad laughed and said "they probably thought we were a whale...nope just divers" then our boat drove over to get us and when we got on everyone asked if we saw the 2 whales! they were between us and the whale boat when we surfaced....uh. no. thank heavens! i'd have probably had a panaic attack! so if we had had better visability ah...we would have ended up seeing this HUGE black thing swimming next to us! yikes!!!

Thursday: Tyler Amanda and I. along with some friends, Jared and kim, and Mike and Cheryl went on a zipline, waterfall repelling tour! wow that was fun!!! i love ziplines...they are a blast! but i had never done any kind of repeling. so down a water fal was going to be fun! it was fun cus you'd go down and then you'd land in the waterfall pool and have to swim to the side...oh my heck it was fun! it was a tone of work...very exhausting. but fun!(Kim has the pictures, i'm waiting for her to email them to me then i will post them)

I pretty much was proposed to...and once again made a fool of myself during a proposal. haha. he asked me if that boy -pointing to tyler- was my brother. i said yes. -I was so sick of everyone askeing if me and tyler were a couple!!- and then he said well can i be his brother-in-law?? i looked at him so confused...and he proceeded to tell me i was pretty and to have fun. then laughed. i hate this proposal stuff. i suck at it. i didn't say yes to Ty for like 5 minutes...and i didn't say no to him for like well i didn't...cus it wasn't until i was up in the air until i figured out what he was even saying!! i'm retarded....all of us "downtown"

It was nice to get away and to be with my family! even though nicole did tell me "Emily this is going to be the last family trip you get to go on with us....you're going to be married soon...." wow there sis. are you kicking me out of the family. you were disappointed at christmas cus you'd have to get Ty a gift now too. and you've already claimed my room and my stuff that wont fit into my apartment. my bed as you're guest bed...now you're kicking me out. good heavens!! I love you though!! It's amazing how a trip to places that don't have a lot can cause you to really start thinking about what life is really about....just the basic simple things. Family, Love, A place for shelter. Many times at home i really do forget about those things. Right now is such a prime example! Trying to find a home with Ty, Stresses me out, so much that i fight him in everything...whereas i really should just be thankful that he loves me and he is willing to work super hard when he can so we can afford a little bit better of a place. we probably wont have a lot but i'm okay with it. i have my family...and i'm gaining a family. Tyson loves me and I love him. Ty's going to school and is on a scholarship, has a job that he can come back and work after the semester and i have a good job right now. I try to remember the simple stuff, but sometimes it's so hard.

The top is the whole gang. Amanda Tyler Me and Christian. then there is just me and Christian -he was a guide for the trip- and he called me either...girl with pink camera, or Amelia...you are in Mexico you need Mexican name. haha. however Amanda was the main target. she was Barbi...Porcelin doll...The guy upstiars makes no mistakes, you are an example of that. and then a guy wanted to be her boyfriend!! what a trip!!

Thanks Dad and Mom for everything you do for us, and all neat and fun places you've taken me! I have so many fun memories from being able to travel with you guys. nevertheless, even if we didn't go on trips, you guys would still be the best! you do so so much that a lot of times i take for granted, and i'm sure in a couple of months i'll run into a whole lot more! I love you guys!!! Thank you again for everything!!
